Location: Hybrid/Multi-site (covering 4 care homes), Based in and around Bromley/Dartford area.

Reports to: Directors

Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid, Travel to homes as and when required

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions across our four care Homes covering over 230 employees located across South East England. What You'll Do to give you an idea:



Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with employment law and company policies. Partner with managers managing complex Employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, attendance and performance management. Partner with Managers to ensure Monitoring, tracking of contracted hours, sickness patterns, and annual leave. Lead staff file audits and ensure consistent HR standards. Overseeing employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. Produce quarterly workforce reports and support annual pay review processes. Drive engagement initiatives including staff surveys. Use your experience to enhance/streamline the HR systems and processes

What We're Looking For:



Proven HR management experience (health or care sector preferred). CIPD Level 5 or above. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices( this role will be supported by Avensure specialists in Employment Law). Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Able to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism. Confident working independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel). Ability to manage multiple priorities across different sites. The Role will be primarily working from home and visits to the care homes as and when required, for this a driving licence is required.
