Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team at Total Security and Cleaning Ltd. Responsibilities
Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives.
Manage employee performance reviews and development programs.
Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and data analysis.
Supervise the HR team to ensure efficient operations and support for staff.
Present HR metrics to senior management to inform decision-making processes.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo is preferred.
Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team development.
Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics effectively.
