Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies and practices, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals. This position requires a strong background in human resources management, proficiency in various HR systems, and exceptional communication skills. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, and implementing effective HR policies.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews. Liaising with our Divisional Heads. In time supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resources management. Maintain and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making related to workforce planning and employee engagement. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to foster a positive workplace culture. Present HR initiatives and updates to senior management as required. Oversee employee onboarding, training programmes, and performance management processes. Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution in a timely manner.

Requirements



Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements. Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information for strategic purposes. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Experience supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
