South Coast Port Services Ltd is a leading Labour Supplier to our Customer's, and are based in the Port of Essex and Southampton.

We are currently seeking to recruit an HR Manager to be office based in our London Gateway Division - Port of Stanford-Lee-Hope. Essex.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

Work in Partnership with Operations Manager. Strategic Planning to join Operations with HR. Overall Accountability for the HR Function and Team within the division. Define areas of responsibility for each HR Function. Set s to match - develop training plans for each role. Set KPI'S for each HR Function. Monitor / oversee completion of functions. Holiday Planning for HR Team. ER case work - complex case level with HRBP HR Training / Development / Succession Planning. Policy and Procedure - Compliance. Disciplinary Appeals Grievance Appeals. Attend Customer Meetings. Mange Customer Complaints. Monitor Team Performance. Strategic Planning to join Operations with HR. Weekly Meeting / Reporting with HR Business Partner. Union Collaboration. Leadership - Grievances / Sexual Harassment / GDPR compliance for HR function. Attend and Lead Internal weekly meetings and Customer Meetings. Attend HR Meetings with HRBP.

The main requirements for the position are:

Able to work - Office based Monday to Friday. Team Leadership and Partnership. Good communication skills. IT Skills including EXCEL, 365 / TEAMS / WORD CIPD Level 7 or Equivalent work Experience.
