Hr Manager

West Highcliffe, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

At IFGlobal, we help e-commerce businesses grow and scale. As a leading 3PL fulfilment provider, we proudly support over 150 clients across the UK, Europe, and the USA from our hubs in Christchurch and Bournemouth Airport.

Our proprietary platform, BladePRO, goes beyond a traditional WMS. It's a complete ecosystem that powers fulfilment, automation, integrations, and real-time insights - enabling us to deliver smarter, faster, and more efficient solutions for our clients.

We're now looking for a HR Manager to join our team. This is a standalone role and a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to step up and take ownership of the HR function, helping to shape how we support, develop, and grow our people as the business continues to scale internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the sole HR lead, managing all day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and HR systems.
Provide hands-on HR support to managers and employees across the business.
Ensure compliance with employment law and payroll requirements, primarily in the UK (with some exposure to the US).
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, learning, and well-being.
Partner with the leadership team on workforce planning and people development.
Champion company values and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a HR generalist or advisor role, with the confidence to take on a standalone position.
Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices (exposure to US employment law a plus but not essential).
Experience with HR systems (BambooHR preferred) and payroll platforms (ADP or similar).
Strong organisational skills and ability to balance hands-on tasks with more strategic projects.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across the business.
Ambition to grow with the role and take on greater responsibility as the company expands.

CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
