We are a fast-growing security company seeking a reliable and organised
HR & Office Administrator
to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering all incoming calls and directing them to the relevant department or team member
Managing employee files: ensuring all documentation is up to date, correctly filed, and easily accessible
Handling key management: tagging, logging, and ensuring all keys are returned and stored securely
Updating and maintaining our security software systems with accurate employee and operational data
Conducting daily vehicle checks: taking timestamped photos to monitor for any damage or misuse
Supporting general HR duties such as onboarding new staff, keeping track of training records, and managing staff communications
Assisting with general office administration as required
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in HR or office administration preferred
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
Comfortable using office software and learning new systems
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Hours:
Full-time (Monday to Friday)
