Supporting the manager with recruiting highly competent workers to join our organisation. Communicating with other staff members regarding annual leave and holidays.
Role of the HR department
The primary aim of the HR department is to ensure suitable recruitment of candidates for the organisation. This will entail advertising, interviewing and completing reference checks.
Principal Duties/Tasks and responsibilities
Recruitment of staff
Setting up interviews in accordance to manager's schedules
Advertising current positions available on recruitment websites and social media
Provide assistance with writing job descriptions
Conducting reference checks on potential candidates
