The TR Logistics Group are seeking an HR Officer to support our Senior Management team and to liaise with our external HR Consultants in delivering efficient and effective HR services. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain employee records, and support day-to-day HR operations.
Purpose of the Role
(non exhaustive)
Maintain and update employee records on HR system (Pams)
Prepare HR documents such as, letters, and reports.
Setting up interviews
Support with onboarding Inductions
Dealing with employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Liaising with our external HR Consultants on contracts and policies etc
Coordinate training programmes
Manage HR-related documentation and filing systems.
Complete exit interviews
Complete any administrative tasks in relation to resignation/terminations.
Carry out any such activity which is reasonably in line with your job title or as required by the MD.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
HR qualification and / or CIPD Qualification (attained or working towards it) or equivalent professional qualification
GCSE Maths & English -grade C or above
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
Minimum 2 years Proven experience in a HR role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A strong level of computer literacy in MS Office (specifically Word, Excel and Outlook)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
