HR professional
to join our team and help us deliver great support across our depots.
The Role
We're looking for someone who loves working with people and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Reporting to the National Business Support Manager, you'll be involved in everything from onboarding and employee relations to implementing systems and supporting managers with HR processes.
Some travel will be expected but all costs will be covered.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing
onboarding, inductions, and offboarding
for all new and departing employees
Overseeing and updating our
HR software system
and records
Supporting managers with
employee relations
- including disciplinaries, investigations, and performance management
Helping to develop and roll out
HR policies, processes, and systems
Coordinating
training and compliance
across the business
Ensuring we stay compliant with
employment law and company standards
Producing regular HR reports and tracking key trends such as absence or turnover
Promoting a positive and consistent culture across all depots
What We're Looking For
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent HR experience
Previous HR experience, ideally in a
fast-paced, multi-site or operational environment
Confident handling a range of HR issues with professionalism and discretion
Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
Excellent communication - able to build trust and support colleagues at all levels
Comfortable using HR software and Microsoft Office
