Minimum of GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Ideally, candidates will hold a CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification or be willing to work towards it. Proven experience working in a busy HR environment, with a focus on generalist HR support and managing employee relations matters. Key Skills and Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong influencing and negotiation capabilities. Proven organisational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and a methodical approach. Ability to manage sensitive and complex information effectively.
