Reporting to the General Manager RBH Regional HR Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following. Looking after the administration of recruitment, employment, payroll processing and supporting the hotel departmental managers in HR matters and hepling to deliver an employee engagement programme suppoting the RBH values and culture. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU We hire mostly on personality potential but here are a few of our requirements... To succeed in the role of HR Officer, you will need the following qualities and skills.
