As a stand alone HR Officer you will have the responsibility of recruiting Aircraft Engineers, Aircraft Mechanics and support staff to ensure the company has the right level of resources to meet its contractual obligations.
You will keep the company compliant with employment legislation changes, update the Senior Leadership team with HR changes, provide coaching and support to Managers with ER matters.
On a monthly basis you will work with the Finance Director to ensure that all payroll changes are implemented and processing payroll.
The hours for this position can be worked over 3,4 or 5 days.
