This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Officer to build on their existing HR knowledge and join a successful and established business. This is for a period of 12 months and a great opportunity.
As a HR Officer your main responsibilities will include:
Managing end to end recruitment
Creating job descriptions and person specifications
Attracting and retaining UK and international talent
Ensuring legal compliance (right to work, references, etc.)
Attending school and college career events
Collaborating with Marketing on recruitment branding
Preparing and issuing contracts
Supporting onboarding and offboarding
Maintaining HR records and compliance
Handling HR queries and employee relations
Supporting training and development
Advising managers and building strong internal relationships
Taking a hands-on approach across all HR functions
To be a successful HR Officer you will demonstrate:
2 years' experience in HR with a focus on recruitment
Skilled in the use of sourcing platforms for example: LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Handles confidential information with discretion
Experience supporting various projects
Proficient in using multiple software programs
Strong in problem solving, leadership, teamwork, and organisation
Team oriented and collaborative
