About the Role
Join our dynamic HR team at NHS Devon Integrated Care Board (ICB) and play a vital role at the heart of our organisation. As an HR Officer, you'll work closely with experienced HR Officers and HR Business Partners, supporting directorates as needed. You'll also be the first point of contact for providing policy advice and guidance to managers and staff, helping them navigate HR policies and procedures confidently with the support of HR business partners. You'll also support recruitment processes, including advertising roles, on TRAC/NHS jobs. In addition, you'll help keep our HR operations running smoothly by managing inboxes, updating key documents, and maintaining structure charts.
No two days are the same, and your exact priorities will be agreed based on the needs of the team and your own skills and experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR expertise, contribute to meaningful change, and be part of a friendly, supportive team making a real difference every day.
