Office location with Hybrid working: Hammersmith 3 days per week







The HR Officer role will play a key role driving the performance and employee engagement agenda within the organisation. The role supports general HR activities and people project implementation, focusing on people management capability and employee lifecycle. The role supplements the support the People Services Team offer by providing HR professional judgement to the whole range of key employee lifecycle demands across various employee and managerial levels. The role represents a proactive, data driven, solution-based asset to the business and supports building a strong People Team identity and furthering its credibility in the business.




What will you be doing?




Performance Management & Reporting




Support overseeing and maintaining the performance tracker to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee performance data. Prepare monthly performance dashboard reports for CEO review meetings. Review People Dashboard metrics and create monthly slide decks (scorecards) for SLT meetings, highlighting trends in key HR KPIs such as overtime, absence, and attrition. Supporting with the quarterly performance calibration process including scheduling meetings, facilitating sessions, and supporting KPI collection and alignment. Assisting the HR Business Partnering Team to coordinate the annual divisional calibration process, including preparation of presentation decks for SLT and CEO review sessions. Advise managers on implementation of performance improvement plans

Employee Relations Support




Serve as the first point of contact for first line managers, providing advice and guidance on employee relations (ER) matters and HR processes, including investigations, disciplinary cases, grievances and sickness absence cases. Escalating cases to HR Business Partners and Employee Relations Team as appropriate

People Analytics & Insights




Assist the HR Business Partners to analyse employment engagement survey results and develop insightful summary reports for divisions and departments. Collaborate with first line managers and senior managers to interpret findings and support action planning.

Talent management (critical players, succession, hypo, dev)




Support the critical role/player analysis as part of the talent management process, Initiate mitigating actions on succession and development plans for high potential candidates. Competent around 9 box grid and similar tools

Lifecycle




Support with Interviews Support onboarding and exit processes. Support on business improvement projects on an ad- hoc basis



What we are looking for?:




Previous HR partnering experience at same level or below Manage stakeholders ensuring timely briefings and proactive contribution. Support the change management process and communicate and embed key messages Previous wider HR experience including L&D, ER, HR Shared services at same level or below Experience with HR dashboards and reporting tools. Provide accurate reports and analysis as necessary to help inform and support actions Excellent data analysis and presentation skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Resilient, proactive, curious, organised, confident CIPD stages desirable
