Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting our client in Holborn as they look to recruit for a HR Officer.

Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a brand new opportunity?

The salary for this role is \xc2\xa328,00 - \xc2\xa330,000 per annum and comes with a very attractive hybrid working pattern.

HR Officer:

Responsibilities include:
\xc2\xb7Payroll administration on a monthly basis, including inputting data into the HR information system (Moorepay) and updating internal records.
\xc2\xb7HR System maintenance (e.g. resetting passwords, amending annual leave and other leave records, inputting changes)
\xc2\xb7New starter administration including: preparation of offer letters and contracts of employment; completing pre-employment checks and record keeping; assisting line managers with planning new starter inductions; processing paperwork such as benefits administration/joining details.
\xc2\xb7Manage the administration of recruitment campaigns including advertising vacancies, collating applications, assisting line managers with planning the selection process, setting up interviews, coordinating tests, managing the Careers Email Inbox, corresponding with candidates.
\xc2\xb7Create and maintain HR records including employee records, recruitment records, new starters, leavers etc.
\xc2\xb7Manage the HR email inbox, responding to enquiries, prioritising issues for action, taking appropriate action or referring issues to HR Manager or HR Director, as appropriate.
\xc2\xb7Assist with organising HR-related events/activities such as meetings, training, inclusion/awareness events, and other ad-hoc events as required (which may be online or in-person): coordinating diary availability using Outlook, managing diary invitations and responses, creating groups on Teams and coordinating related administration, assisting with meeting/event administration as needed.

Experience required:
\xc2\xb7High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
\xc2\xb7Strong numeracy skills, comfortable with HR/payroll calculations such as pro-rating pay information for part timers or leavers, and calculating pro rata holiday entitlements, for example.
\xc2\xb7Experience working with a HR/Payroll system
\xc2\xb7Proven experience working in a HR Administrator role
\xc2\xb7Strong IT skills, familiar with using Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
\xc2\xb7Highly organised and able to identify tasks requiring urgent action.
\xc2\xb7Strong time management skills, able to multi-task and meet competing deadlines.
