We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join us.

As a HR Officer, you will be integral to the team and to our clients and your key responsibilities will be:
Providing advice and guidance on employee issues
Take the lead on management of HR Systems
Ownership of the management of onboarding and off boarding of employees for clients
Development of tailored policies and procedures
Implementing tailored employment contracts and handbooks
Creating tailored letters
Recruitment support for clients including preparing job adverts, telephone screening and managing candidates through an applicant tracking system
Supporting the HR Business Partners with employee relation casework including producing invites and outcome letters
Supporting the HR Business Partners with project work
Writing informative blogs and our client newsletter
Skills and Experience:
3 years relevant HR experience
Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
Evidence of working within a Human Resources function, delivering full HR lifecycle administration and advice
Excellent attention to detail
Experience of advising and guiding line managers on informal HR processes
Ability to balance operating autonomously and act with initiative and know when to escalate when cases require escalation
Good with people - great at building relationships
Customer service - emphasis on delivering excellent customer service, often exceeding customers' expectations
Excellent IT skills, particularly Word and Excel
Tech comfortable
Self-starter and an agile thinker - you could handle numerous clients in one day with varying needs
