Wilberforce Sixth Form College are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking HR Officer to deliver high quality HR advice on a range of HR related issues.
As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in advising on HR issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and supporting the overall HR strategy of the college. You will be a key point of contact for staff, providing guidance and support on a range of HR matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures.
Support recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
