To help us do this, we're looking for a confident and proactive HR Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. This key role will support the organisation by providing clear, practical HR advice and ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Working alongside our Operations Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things HR, offering guidance to managers, supporting the delivery of team events, maintaining accurate staff records, and ensuring our policies and systems support a happy, productive workplace.
We're looking for someone with strong knowledge of HR practices and UK employment legislation, excellent communication and IT skills, CIPD membership (ideally qualified or working towards it), and demonstrable generalist HR experience covering the key responsibilities of the role.

This is a part-time role working 22.5 hours per week on a permanent contract. The annual salary is 28,000 (full time equivalent).
