St Paul's School has an opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to join the busy and very friendly HR team. This role plays a key part in the smooth running of the HR Department and the development, implementation and monitoring of HR processes.
The HR Officer will be involved in a broad range of activities, including:
Recruitment and Onboarding
HR Systems and Data
Employee Relations and Wellbeing
Compliance
Training and Development
HR Administration
Suitable applicants will be educated to degree level or similar, and ideally have a CIPD qualification. A strong generalist background in HR including the ability to manage the full employee lifecycle is essential. Excellent knowledge and experience of using and maintaining HR Systems is also a pre-requisite , with MHR iTrent experience being desirable.

Hours
: Full time hours are 35 hours per week Monday to Friday; normally, 8.30am to 4.30pm, including one hour for breaks.
The role is offered on an all-year-round basis or term time (34 weeks) plus 6 weeks during school holidays. Applicants should make their preferences clear in their application. Some element of remote working during school holidays is available.

St Paul's School was founded in 1509 and currently occupies a large site in Barnes, south-west London. A selective independent school, it provides an education for boys aged 7-18 and has boarding facilities for a small number of its students.
