Onerway is a fast growing payment services provider based in the UK, committed to delivering secure and efficient financial solution to global clients. We are currently seeking an experienced and bilingual (Mandarin Chinese and English) Human Resources Manager to join our team and play a key role in recruitment and compensation management.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
Manage and optimize the company's compensation structure to remain competitive in the market
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and comply with legal and company standards
Support employee relations, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives
Work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed
Requirements
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources within the finance, banking, or payment industry
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in recruitment and compensation strategy is essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
