Overview



We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, and HR data management. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation. Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent. Maintain recruitment data and provide regular hiring reports.

Onboarding & Offboarding

Manage employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive joining experience. Coordinate offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, system access removal, and documentation. Ensure all onboarding and offboarding records are accurately maintained in HR systems.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

Manage employee data, contracts, and personnel files with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and dashboards. Assist in the development, update, and implementation of HR policies, Employee Handbook, and HR procedures. Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Talent Development & Employee Engagement

Support talent development initiatives, including internal training programs and career development activities. Lead or support employee caring plans, company culture development, and employee integration initiatives. Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Reporting & Data Analysis

Conduct, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports. Ensure HR data accuracy and provide insights to support management decision-making.

Qualifications



At least one year of relevant experience in human resources; majoring in Human Resources Management or holding a CIPD certificate is preferred. Excellent bilingual abilities (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) in

Mandarin and English

. Strong data collection and management skills; proficiency in common data analysis or statistical software. Excellent comprehension, communication, multitasking, and coordination abilities. Familiarity with HRIS systems such as

BambooHR, PeopleSoft, or PeopleHR

is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while remaining self-motivated. Goal-driven and data-driven work orientation.
