Job Description

Our client, a leading satellite operator, providing telecommunications, television broadcasting, and high-speed connectivity services worldwide is looking for their R&D Lead.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable HR Officer with expertise in UK, US, or APAC labor laws to support labor law compliance, workforce planning, and recruitment activities. You will play a vital role in ensuring adherence to regional regulations while assisting with talent acquisition and workforce management in a dynamic, international environment.

  • Manage labor law compliance aspects related to UK, US, or APAC jurisdictions?,
  • Support workforce planning activities, including headcount tracking and forecasting?,
  • Assist recruitment teams with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding processes?,
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation?,
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to implement HR policies and programs?,
  • Support employee relations and respond to labor law-related queries?.

You are an organized and proactive HR professional with solid knowledge of labor laws in the UK, US, or APAC regions. You have experience supporting recruitment processes and workforce planning, and you thrive in cross-cultural teams. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills enable you to support HR operations efficiently and compliantly.
  • Experience in HR operations with focus on UK, US, or APAC labor laws?,
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and workforce planning?,
  • Strong organizational and communication skills?,
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment?,
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus?.
