We are on the lookout for an ambitious individual to join our HR team as a HR Officer. In this role you will be responsible for providing HR and recruitment service to managers and employees across the Winn Group.

This is a fully office based role, working 40 hours per week between 7.00am and 7.00pm. In this role you will have flexibility, meaning you can start between 7.00am and 11.00am and finish between 3.00pm and 7.00pm *depending on Business needs.

HR Responsibilities



Provide practical advice and guidance

to managers and employees in relation to policies and procedures in line with current employment legislation.

Supporting mangers

with formal and Informal proceedings including investigations, disciplinary's, absence review, grievance hearings, capability including occupational health.

Supporting with Employee Engagement

: Developing strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.

Providing guidance and advice

to management and staff on HR-related issues. This includes interpreting HR policies and procedures and advising on best practices.

Supporting with Policy Development

to include developing, updating, and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Retention strategies:

Developing and implementing strategies to retain key employees and reduce turnover.

Recruitment Responsibilities



Provide recruitment and resourcing

support to the Winn Group.

Support with the management

and smooth running of the recruitment function.

Source candidates

using a variety of methods with a focus on social media, online job boards and active candidate sourcing, using LinkedIn in its entirety and via recruitment agencies and the negotiation of terms of business.

Support Department Heads/Managers

with the screening/ interview process, ensuring feedback is provided to unsuccessful candidates.

Tracking

the activity of vacancies for reporting purposes.

Any ad hoc or additional duties

as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it.

About You

Essential Skills and Experience



CIPD Qualified minimum Level 5, working towards or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years experience working within a HR and Recruitment role. Experience of Recruitment and Onboarding. Experience of policy and procedural advice in relation to formal and informal proceedings, investigations, disciplinary's, absence management, grievance, capability and occupational health. Experience of HR Administration processes and procedures. Experience of demonstrating effective teamworking within a commercial environment. Strong time management and organisational skills. Cooperative and flexible approach. Strong attention to detail. IT literate.
