As part of the People Team, the successful candidate will enjoy a broad and interesting role covering all aspects of the employee function to include recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, and employee relations.

Do you have an administrative background and are looking for an opportunity into the world of HR and People? This role will be supported via training, including working towards a Level 3 CIPD qualification, so HR knowledge is not essential.

Key responsibilities would include:

Employee Relations

- act as a point of contact for employee enquiries and concerns. Supporting meetings with minute taking. Building relations with key stakeholders (staff and contractors).

Employee Lifecycle

- supporting the employee lifecycle - including recruitment, onboarding and training.

HR Administration

- Maintain accurate employee records and administration of HR database, general payroll administration and preparation of HR documentation

Policies and Compliance

- championing the digitalisation of processes within the People Team.

The post holder will be based our Charity Headquarters, Trevithick Downs, Newquay TR8 4DY, and travel to other sites may be required.

Hours : 37.5 per week

Successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic DBS Check.
