We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated HR Officer - Organisational Development to take up an amazing opportunity within the Learning & Organisational Development Team.
You will support the Learning & Organisational Development Manager in identifying and responding to the learning and development needs of the workforce and to contribute to wider organisational development initiatives. In addition, you will help the team take forward the exciting work currently being done to support the appointment of apprentices and the work being done within schools to promote apprenticeships as a career of choice.
You will need to have an understanding of the training cycle and the importance of developing employees as well as having excellent communication skills, be a strong team player with excellent ICT skills, supported by a minimum of 5 GCSE's including English and Maths at grade C or above or equivalent, 2 'A' Levels or equivalent and having achieved or working towards CIPD Level 5 (Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development). You will be able to liaise effectively with external training providers, have good attention to detail and have the ability to work logically and methodically.
