The Role


Human Resources Officer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and efficient generalist HR Officer to join our successful and friendly team in providing professional and high-quality HR support across our growing multi-academy trust.



Working in a fast paced environment, you will support our HR Leaders and stakeholders across the breadth of HR areas including recruitment, attendance management, performance management and formal casework.



Salary Grade 9,



Hours: 37 hours, Full working year (part time roles considered)



Required: 1st September 2025



Location: Shrewsbury



Type: Permanent



To be successful, you will have:



A minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR generalist role, preferably within education

Hold or be working towards CIPD Level 5

Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills

A solution focused and proactive approach

Excellent organisational skills with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively

The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
