The Opportunity:



As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting staff development, managing workload, and promoting flexible working practices. This is an opportunity to contribute to a school that values its people and prioritises professional growth and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:



Support and manage staff development and upskilling initiatives. Ensure effective management of staff workload and resources. Promote and implement flexible working arrangements. Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of professionalism. Liaise with staff, parents, students, and the wider school community. Assist in the development and maintenance of HR systems and processes. Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and Admin Team. Ensure accurate data entry and attention to detail in all HR-related tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:



Required



Proven experience in a similar HR role within an educational setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and administrative abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred



Experience with staff training and development programs. Knowledge of HR best practices and policies. Experience with employee assistance schemes or wellbeing initiatives. Familiarity with education sector HR systems and processes.
