About the Role:
You will play a key role in supporting the school's leadership team with a wide range of HR duties. From recruitment and onboarding to compliance and employee relations, you will ensure HR processes run smoothly while fostering a supportive and inclusive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment and vetting processes in line with Safer Recruitment guidelines
Support line managers with HR-related queries and employee relations matters
Maintain accurate staff records and ensure HR systems are up to date
Assist with absence management, disciplinary procedures, and performance reviews
Ensure all safeguarding and compliance checks are maintained
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven HR experience, ideally within an educational setting
Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
