Our HR operations are maturing, so you'll be pivotal in designing how great HR ops should run -documenting the flow, automating the routine, and ensuring managers have the tools to do the right thing. You won't just maintain processes, you'll create and improve them, shaping scalable HR foundations for the future.
Oversee all HR operations to ensure processes are consistent, compliant and reflect our culture and values
Level up the end-to-end employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, changes, leavers) so every touchpoint feels professional and human
Draft, refine and embed HR policies that meet UK legislation and best practice, and land them well with managers and teams
Optimise configuration, data integrity and UX of the HRIS; drive digitisation of HR workflows and maintain manager/employee resources
Oversee payroll and benefits - work closely with finance and external providers to keep everything accurate, timely and well-communicated
Partner with HR Advisor to ensure ER processes are supported operationally
Embed studio values and inclusive practices (EDI) into policies, systems, language and communications
Define metrics, build clear dashboards and deliver concise reporting to the Head of HR and studio leadership--highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
