As HR Operations Lead, you will oversee the development of robust systems and processes, enhancing the functionalities of our HR operations. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality HR advice and transactional services, ensuring that all employees experience a seamless, values-based employment journey from entry to exit.
You will also be responsible for driving the recruitment and resourcing strategic priorities, ensuring the Trust attracts and retains the right talent. By collaborating with HR and service line leads, you will identify staffing requirements and organisational skill needs, aligning them with our operational goals.
Your role will also involve monitoring and analysing key workforce metrics, and supporting the development of workforce plans across the Trust.

Lead with compassion and line manage the Recruitment, HR Business Support and People Systems teams in the delivery, development and maintenance of all transactional HR services covering the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
Deliver a recruitment infrastructure that ensures consistent and fair recruitment and selection practices which supports the Trust's diversity and inclusion agenda.
Implement and monitor performance metrics for understanding the quality and standards of our Recruitment and HR Business Support services.
Optimise people systems and HR transactional processes by utilising quality improvement methodologies and create efficiencies and improvements using digital technologies, such as automation and AI.
Collaborate with Service Leads and Scheduling teams in developing and maintaining the Trust's long-term workforce plan, ensuring that the Trust has the right people with the right skills at the right time, while also considering workforce changes to align staff demand with supply.
