Role Overview:


We are seeking an experienced

HR & Operations Manager

with prior experience working within a law firm. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing HR functions, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth running of the firm's administrative and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the firm's HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, staff relations, and compliance with employment law. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the firm's strategic goals. Oversee operational aspects of the firm including office management, workflow processes, and resource allocation. Support Partners in strategic planning and ensure operational efficiency across departments. Manage staff training and professional development programs. Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards relevant to a law firm. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters sensitively and effectively. Contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:



Proven experience working in HR and operations within a law firm (essential). Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
