The Opportunity



As the HR Operations & Policy Manager, you'll lead a small, high-performing team responsible for delivering efficient, compliant, and people-focused HR operations. From onboarding to offboarding, you'll oversee every aspect of the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth processes and an exceptional employee experience.

You'll also play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's HR policies, ensuring they are clear, compliant, and future-ready. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll drive automation and process enhancements to streamline operations and enable scalability.

A key part of the role involves supporting business integrations -- aligning HR data, systems, and processes while maintaining consistency and compliance across regions.

What You'll Do



Own and evolve the organisation's suite of employment policies, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Monitor employment legislation changes and update policies, contracts, and practices as needed. Lead on HR process design, mapping, and automation to drive efficiency and enhance employee experience. Oversee operational HR activities, including onboarding, contractual changes, and exits. Manage a small team of HR Assistants and Advisors, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Partner closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver seamless operational support. Support the HR aspects of company integrations, focusing on alignment of systems, processes, and data integrity.

About You



You'll bring a blend of strategic thinking and operational excellence, with a hands-on approach and a strong eye for detail. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment where innovation and efficiency are valued.

You'll need:



Solid experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles, ideally in a regulated sector (financial services experience preferred). Strong understanding of employment law and HR policy frameworks across multiple geographies. Proven track record of leading process improvement and automation initiatives. Experience managing small teams and developing others. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with HR systems (Workday experience highly desirable).
