We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic HR Operations Specialist to join our friendly and collaborative People Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is looking to further develop their Workday HRIS knowledge whilst supporting on a number of key HR projects and initiatives.
You'll help ensure smooth HR operations and deliver first-class support to colleagues across the business, maintaining accurate employee data and helping to develop efficient, people-focused processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting Learning and Development initiatives such as the Management Development Programme and processing training requests.
Maintaining and reporting on position management.
Onboarding and offboarding of contingent workers.
Responding to employee queries regarding policies and benefits.
Maintain data integrity within Workday by ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Troubleshoot and advise employees on Workday driven HR processes
Respond to HR queries via Jira in line with agreed SLAs.
Support the HR team on projects and continuous improvement work.
Configure and test Workday processes and reports.
Support with HR audits and ensure data accuracy.
What we're looking for:
Prior experience working with Workday HRIS.
Prior experience within a fast-paced HR team.
Clear communication and teamwork skills.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
A keen interest in the systems and process side of HR, with a passion for improving efficiencies and ensuring smooth operations.
