The HR Operations Specialist - Employment Lifecycle is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant support for complex and sensitive employee lifecycle transactions across the EMEA region. As a Tier 2 subject matter expert, the role manages escalated lifecycle cases that cannot be resolved at Tier 1, including onboarding, off-boarding, contract amendments, job changes, and employee data
maintenance.
The role ensures consistency in service delivery while adapting to local legal requirements, partnering closely with Tier 1 Advisors, Global HR COEs, Payroll, and Legal/Compliance stakeholders. It also contributes to process standardization, knowledge content upkeep, and automation-readiness initiatives.
This position plays a key role in enabling high-quality service delivery and employee experience while building scalable operational practices.
