Here at GXO, we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

HR & Payroll Administration Lead

to manage end-to-end payroll processing and HR administration without dynamic logistics environment. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our colleagues are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance and driving operational excellence.

You'll lead a small team, oversee daily HR and payroll operations, and support the full colleague lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding. This will be based at our

Rugby DC,

supporting our

NHS Supply Chain

contract.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You'll be working

Monday to Friday,

covering the hours of

09:00 till 17:00.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to

36,000

per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:

Lead and coach the HR Administrators, fostering engagement and development Manage monthly payroll submissions and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations Oversee HR Administration including employee records, policy queries, and reporting Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions Drive continuous improvement processes and service delivery


What you need to succeed at GXO:

CIPL level 5 qualified or working towards this Previous experience in Payroll and HR transactional leadership Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of time and attendance systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook)
