Job Description

To offer comprehensive administrative support to a busy payroll and HR department. Working on a varied workload you will assist the department with both weekly and monthly payroll including the processing and calculation of expenses as well as responding to both payroll and HR queries.

Typical Responsibilties




Assist with weekly and monthly payroll, inputting payroll data and balancing weekly reports to tight deadlines. Assist with payroll enquiries in a timely manner Monitoring staff absences from timesheets and updating the HR systems with holidays and sickness Managing paper Personnel filing system including regular filing and retrieval of documentation. Processing of monthly expenses ensuring compliance with vat regulations and ensuring correct calculation of expenses and mileage. Updating staff details as requested. Assist with security clearances and other ad-hoc HR duties as requested such as processing salary increases. Any other duties commensurate with the role. #
