HR & Payroll Advisor

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processes accurately and on time using
Sage 50 Payroll
.
Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain HR systems and records with confidentiality and accuracy.
What We're Looking For
A true team player, resilient, driven and approachable.
Not adverse to change.
Previous experience in HR and payroll (essential).
Proficiency in Sage 50 Payroll (essential).
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and payroll regulations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Desirable:
CIPD Level 3 and / or CIPP Level 3 qualification.
