The HR and Payroll Manager will support the effective delivery of the HR function across our growing Catholic multi-academy Trust. As a key member of the central team, the post holder will act as a trusted partner to Line Managers, offering professional advice and support on a wide range of people-related matters. Working closely with the Director of HR, they will play an integral role in the continuous development of the HR service, ensuring consistent, high-quality support aligned with the Trust's values and strategic objectives.
