HR / People Services Administrator
Location: Wakefield College, City Campus
Salary: 26,085 - 27,673 (pay award pending)
Hours: 37 per week

This is an exciting opportunity to either begin or grow your career in Human Resources, contributing to essential processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and internal service improvement projects. We provide an on-site service during standard office hours, with some hybrid working available equivalent to up to 2 days per week, after your induction, on a team rota basis.
What You'll Be Doing:
As part of our friendly and supportive administration team, you will:
Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and contract preparation
Prepare a wide range of correspondence related to all aspects of the employee lifecycle (e.g., appointment letters, changes, leavers)
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Handle queries from staff and managers in a timely, professional and confidential manner
Contribute to HR projects, service improvement initiatives, and process reviews
What We're Looking For:
Minimum GCSE grade 9-4 (A-C) in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Excellent communication and IT skills
A customer-focused mindset, a proactive approach, and can-do attitude.
