Responsibilities
:Coach teams and individual staff to facilitate development and performance. Help to drive company culture and team resilience.
You will be joining a well-versed team if you have
:Minimum of 2 years of employee performance management experience. Minimum of 4 years in staff leadership or coaching. Experience in working for a fast-paced company. A degree in Psychology is preferred (not a must).
