Current State Assessment: Review existing performance management and pay systems, analyze stakeholder feedback, and benchmark against market best practices.
Framework Design: Develop and recommend a new performance management framework that aligns pay with performance, skills, and contribution, while ensuring fairness and transparency.
Implementation Roadmap: Create a detailed plan for implementing the new framework, including timelines, governance models, and necessary systems and training.
Stakeholder Engagement: Support the Bank in managing cultural change, engaging senior leaders and managers, and providing guidance on leadership capabilities.
Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of knowledge to internal Bank teams to build their long-term capability.
Required experience and skills
Expertise in designing and implementing performance management and pay frameworks in large organizations.
Experience integrating performance management with other people transformation initiatives like pay, skills, and talent.
Strong data analysis, benchmarking, and evidence-based recommendation skills.
Proven ability in organizational and cultural change management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Ability to translate theory into practical, actionable solutions.
Experience in knowledge transfer and capability building within client organizations.
