Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Current State Assessment: Review existing performance management and pay systems, analyze stakeholder feedback, and benchmark against market best practices.
  • Framework Design: Develop and recommend a new performance management framework that aligns pay with performance, skills, and contribution, while ensuring fairness and transparency.
  • Implementation Roadmap: Create a detailed plan for implementing the new framework, including timelines, governance models, and necessary systems and training.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support the Bank in managing cultural change, engaging senior leaders and managers, and providing guidance on leadership capabilities.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of knowledge to internal Bank teams to build their long-term capability.
Required experience and skills
  • Expertise in designing and implementing performance management and pay frameworks in large organizations.
  • Experience integrating performance management with other people transformation initiatives like pay, skills, and talent.
  • Strong data analysis, benchmarking, and evidence-based recommendation skills.
  • Proven ability in organizational and cultural change management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to translate theory into practical, actionable solutions.
  • Experience in knowledge transfer and capability building within client organizations.
