As a HR PMO lead AVP at Barclays, you will manage the delivery of Learning and Development change priorities. You will be working in the project team to manage the execution of project plans with particular attention on governance, reporting, managing Risks and Issues and ensuring that projects meet change delivery standards.
To be successful as a HR PMO lead AVP, you should have:
Extensive PM/PMO background
Experience in change delivery
Clear understanding of Technical delivery
