At its core, this role is about enhancing governance in all that we do in the People Team starting with addressing the essentials by standardising our information and knowledge repositories across our digital landscape.

Maintain accurate project records, trackers and related documentation to a high standard, with minimal error (strong quality control focus).
Follow through on tasks as a completer finisher, ensuring every detail is addressed.
Collaborate on the development and maintenance of process documentation, ensuring risks, mitigation strategies and opportunities are well considered before publishing.
Adapt to shifting priorities, take instruction with ease and deliver outcomes promptly.
Ask thoughtful, clarifying questions to improve work quality and efficiency.
Support the People Team with administrative and repetitive tasks essential for smooth project delivery.
Ensure consistency and structure across all outputs, contributing to a stable operational foundation that enables business-wide improvement.
Work independently but seek help proactively when needed.
Contribute to quality control efforts across people-related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications

Proactive, inquisitive mindset with a desire to understand the "why" behind the task.
Calm under pressure, dependable and highly self-motivated.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile working environment.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
