The main purpose of the HR Recruitment Assistant role is to undertake the processing of all disclosure requests ensuring that any disclosure information is compliant with relevant legislation, policies and quality standards protecting people from harm and West Mercia Police from reputational risk.

The HR Recruitment Assistant role is a hybrid (mix of home & office working) role
