Education and Learning

. Please note that CIPD level 3 in Human Resources or relevant experience is required. If you do not have this then please detail relevant experience accurately.

Experience (work)

. Please make sure you provide a complete history of your work since leaving school. Please detail any gaps in employment. We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years experience working in a busy HR function with a small business with a breadth of general experience.

Skills and Experience

. We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in the rights and welfare of young people. Someone who understands 'Safer Recruitment' and experience in the care sector is desirable. Someone who has a sound understanding of employment Legislation, a sound understanding of HR processes and procedures, is skilled in prioritising their workload and ability to balance competing demands and adapt quickly to change.

Job Role Summary and Benefits



With sound experience of working within a relevant environment, a working knowledge of HR and Recruitment processes and procedures, as well as possessing exceptional organisational skills, the postholder will ensure the organisation provides managers and staff with a wide-ranging support service through all of the employee life-cycle.

The post is based in our Livingston offices, although there may be a requirement to travel to services across the Group.
