HR Regulatory Manager

Oakleaf Partnership is representing a forward thinking, entrepreneurial global Financial Services company. They are looking for an interim HR Regulatory Specialist. This is a pivotal role, crucial in ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the employee lifecycle, driving policy implementation, and facilitating complex ER matters and change programs. This is a great opportunity to utilise your experience and add tangible value to the organisation! What is the role As well as the above, you will be supporting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and any associated training across the employee lifecycle to meet legislative and regulatory obligations. You will get involved with the management of SMCR, ensure compliance with all required function holders, tracking and reporting. You will partner with Compliance for regulatory submissions and pre-approval applications and oversee fitness and propriety obligations under regulatory regimes (SMCR, Solvency II, IDD). You will also be offering guidance on complex ER matters, investigations, and Conduct Rule Breaches and support with the preparation of reports for regulatory matters and assurance reporting. If you\xe2\x80\x99re passionate about regulatory compliance, adept in navigating complex ER matters, and driven to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards, then this is the role for you! Skills and Experience
  • To apply you must have gained the above HR Regulatory experience within Financial Services, Banking or Insurance
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of UK Employment Law and experience of dealing with a wide range of ER matters
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR processes, risk, regulatory and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in developing, drafting and maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills and strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
  • Ability to explain complicated concepts and requirements to different audiences
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues and escalation where needed
