Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for customer service, marketing, warehouse, and tech teams
Develop and maintain HR policies, contracts, and documentation in line with UK employment laws
Handle onboarding, employee records, and performance reviews
Support a positive, inclusive workplace culture through engagement and communication
Assist in payroll preparation, leave tracking, and attendance management
Coordinate training and development programs across departments
Resolve employee issues professionally and confidentially
Maintain compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a Human Resources role (preferably in retail or e-commerce)
Bachelor's degree in any field
(HR certification or training is a plus)
Good knowledge of UK employment regulations
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with digital tools and remote teams
