HR Services Manager

to lead our centralized HR support functions in London and Amsterdam.


In this key role, you'll manage a high-performing team delivering seamless HR services. From onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a service-first mindset that reflects our hospitality values. You'll drive process improvements like automations, champion HR tech, and be the go-to expert for complex queries and operational insight.

About the role:




Proactively and efficiently lead a team of HR Service Centre professionals Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Service Centre, ensuring timely and compliant handling of employee lifecycle processes Identify and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual work, collaborating with People Technology and HR teams to ensure processes meet the needs of hotel operations. Act as a key escalation point for complex or sensitive queries. Ensure all HR transactions and records are compliant with GDPR, employment law, and internal audit requirements. Support internal audits and contribute to risk mitigation strategies. Provide regular reporting and insights to Senior HR Leadership on Service Centre performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor and report on SLAs, KPIs, and other performance metrics.

About you:




Ability to speak English and Dutch

Proven experience managing an HR shared service or Service Centre, ideally within hospitality, retail, or multi-site environments. Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. We are currently moving to the Dayforce system Hospitality mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.
