About the Role



We are seeking a proactive and people-focused

HR Specialist & Recruiter

to join our team. This hybrid role combines end-to-end recruitment with core HR responsibilities, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent while supporting our employees throughout their journey with us. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, comfortable balancing recruitment activities with HR operations.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment



Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions. Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing to attract qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and selection processes. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

HR & People Operations



Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance with UK employment law. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems. Assist with onboarding, training, and performance management programs. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns. Support initiatives to improve employee engagement, culture, and retention. Collaborate on HR projects such as compensation reviews, benefits administration, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a recruiter, HR specialist, or in a similar people-focused role. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR best practices, and employment legislation. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
